Happy Wednesday everyone!
It’s that time of year where the weather starts changing, we settle into our routine & we start counting our blessings. After a couple crazy years we are feeling extra thankful to be in the position we are today, to share our passion with our students and watch them learn & grow. Here are some things we are thankful for this week & every day.
Our space
We are so thankful to have a bright, spacious studio to welcome dancers to. Many studios lost their space & their business over the past couple of years and we are so grateful to come out the other side of this crazy time with a place to call home.
Normalcy
Again, after years of pivoting, adjusting and ever changing plans, we are so grateful to get back to a sense of normalcy. We have loved being back in class with our dancers, able to give hands on adjustments & teaching partnering. We’ve loved seeing the parents in the studio again supporting their dancers & connecting with one another. We are so excited to see our community thrive again.
Our Students
We are always thankful when a family chooses IHD and becomes part of our dance family. This year we are extra thankful to see returning families who have been away for many years & the dedication of dancers who have stuck these crazy years out with us. Extra special congratulations and thanks to dancers celebrating their 5th or 10th Anniversary at IHD and our one graduate this year.
Our Health
As always we are so grateful for our capable and strong bodies for helping us dance through life. Everyday we get to watch the incredible things our bodies can do and watch our students get stronger. It’s a beautiful thing.
We’d like to remind you that we will be closed Monday October 10th for Thanksgiving. We hope you take some time to take stock of all the wonderful things in your life & we can’t wait to dance with you soon. THANK YOU!
